1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at bstitchedbiz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 5 business days with return instructions.
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item)
4. Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at bstitchedbiz@gmail.com with photos and details of the issue.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly by offering a replacement or full refund.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase, as long as they haven’t shipped yet. To request a cancellation, contact us at bstitchedbiz@gmail.com as soon as possible.
